Wonder Grove Return and Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your Wonder Grove purchase. If something isn’t right, contact hello@wondergrove3d.com so we can help.

Standard product returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Email us before returning anything. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please send approved returns within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Custom and personalized products
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Wonder Grove will cover necessary return shipping for confirmed defects, damage on arrival, or our fulfillment errors.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We can cancel orders before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Product appearance
Our products are 3D printed. Subtle layer lines and minor color variations are normal characteristics. This does not exclude returns or assistance for genuine defects.
